Sometimes the connection with the freelancers cuts off and they become unavailable for an unknown period of time. In this case, Ithire advises the clients to pause the ongoing projects and contact the Ithire Customer Support team.
The working hours tracked before changing the status of the project will be billed per usual. No activity can be performed while the project status is paused. If the connection is restored and both sides wish to continue the cooperation, the client can restart the contract.
