Grig understood my apps situation completely and the options for keeping it running, either to rewrite it completely in the latest version of Ruby on Rails or just upgrade it enough so that it would work on a platform still being maintained by Heroku. Once we decided on a plan -- to do the limited upgrade -- he worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. He filled me with confidence from the beginning and delivered. I will definitely hire him again in the future if the need arrises. Would recommend to others, too.
