She performed a stellar job with creating a Front End experience. She was given mockups to convert into a working Front End, which she did exceptionally well. She asks questions to fill in gaps where design may be further detailed. Mila also has an owner's mindset, and understands the difference between design intent and execution. As such, she will engage the customer if there is a need that could be better met with an alternative design. That particular mindset is quite valuable, and I would be glad to have worked with her for that quality alone. I look forward to future projects with her.

I have worked with many developers, and I must say that Mila is genuinely a hard-working developer. I'm not an easy person to work with. I have been through many development companies that have ripped me off and done a horrible job. This has sort of changed the way I perceive development companies. Working with Mila has been a breath of fresh air. She is very trustworthy, and she means what she says. We're a small team, so the waterfall approach is the only method we're able to follow right now. Mila has demonstrated various abilities during the project to stop what she's doing at the drop of a hat to focus on other essential tasks. For us, this was very important as we're always trying to get our platform ready for various demos. As I have said, I have worked with many developers, and only a few are high-quality developers. If you're looking for a developer that will take your project to the next level, Mia is a perfect choice. If I ever have a chance to work with her again, Mila will always be my first choice.
