Mia performed a stellar job with creating a Front End experience. She was given mockups to convert into a working Front End, which she did exceptionally well. She asks questions to fill in gaps where design may be further detailed. Mia also has an owner's mindset, and understands the difference between design intent and execution. As such, she will engage the customer if there is a need that could be better met with an alternative design. That particular mindset is quite valuable, and I would be glad to have worked with her for that quality alone. I look forward to future projects with her.

I have worked with many developers, and I must say that Mia is genuinely a hard-working developer. I'm not an easy person to work with. I have been through many development companies that have ripped me off and done a horrible job. This has sort of changed the way I perceive development companies.
