Refactoring a few CRUD API views from Fetch to Axios in React

Ann did an excellent job on refactoring a project that began earlier this year as a startup prototype that got interrupted due to COVID. She was able to pick up the code and make suggestions like a pro! I particularly appreciated her knowledge of React, Fetch and Axios as well as React Router, Hook Router and Redux. Very quickly we got through the logjam that we ran into earlier in the year and Ann made suggestions for future refactoring that we can get to at a later time. She is an excellent communicator and met all deadlines and expectations. As a result of her successful work on this initial project, I hired her on two more follow up projects.
