This belief was proven correct: it was seamless working with Lucy. She provided clear communication and a simple video update when necessary. It was rare for us to have a call, but when we did; I found her relaxed disposition and sense of humour refreshing. The contribution Lucy made is most valued and I believe that she has gone out of her way to make it future proof and scoring over 90% on best practice for technical, readability, UX and SEO.
