I am a Web Developer having great and creative design experience and skills. I am specialised in a specific development field, such as mobile phone applications, accounting software, office suites or graphics software, and will have in-depth knowledge of at least one computer language. I have worked on some software houses developing Web, ERP, Mobile, Kiosks and Industrial Production Software, I'm always looking forward to new challenges and new platforms. As a consultant, I work with some companies supporting Linux / Windows servers, building customized terminal system environments and developing specific software. As a Web Back-End development guru I have focused on PHP with various frameworks (Laravel, Simfony, Zend). Using different databases (MySQL, PostreSQL, SQL Server).I have done many works with PHP and Java for web application especially. I have never met someone who is as organized and punctual as Oliver. A complete plan of deliverables was laid out right from the start and Oliver stuck to it. He is very helpful and a very good communicator. We came close to finishing the website but unfortunately a business decision was taken not to proceed with the business.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH BOOKING THIS GUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oliver pretends to live in the UK but his IP Address after checking shows an Address somewhere in Armenia. My whole experience with him was a total disaster. He seems really nice and confident and always reassured me that everything will go as planned. But this was far from any truth as I don't have any knowledge of web design I didn't know I was scammed and I am sure all the comments above are fake. his original proposal to me was Estimate: Around 6-8 weeks Total hours: around 150 hours of work $20/hr - RATE In the end, i paid : 6542.5 USD IN 697.3 HOURES This project took not 2 months it dragged over 9 months and I was left with no functioning website I could not use it wasn't even saved to use for my clients. I could write so much more about this awful experience as I was too patient and trustworthy. But please be careful. I hired a big company to review the website see below what they had to say after his 9 months of development with a 7-month delay..... Finally, I got someone else to do my website and they managed it in 2 months in a perfect Job. Feedback: Webside Check Report Checked Webside: Mister Pablo Kümin contacted us on the 21.11.2021 to check over his Webside, which is in production. The Developer was hired over an Online Agency and seemed to be good in his Job, as his ratings were all five Stars. Mister Kümin has doughts that this Developer is legit and asked Lian Management to check his Webside. The created Webside was checked via Lian Management, this Report icludes all anomalies which we have found. What we have done: - Looked over the Webside - Checked the webside for SEO. - Checked the IP Adresse. What the Developer said he has done and what we found: - Login and Register users (without payment included) -> not to be found on Webside! - Change Password, verified with email -> not to be found on webside! - Convert Data to PDF format and get PDF -> makes no Sense and seems to be scam! - Autocreate superadmin -> we couldnt detect any superadmin! - Api validation -> There were no Links or other Websideprogramms included! - Picture, Videos and Text were just uploaded and are not conacted to the webside itself, there for the use in SEO is nearly 0%. - The webside is not connected to a Server. - The Webside is not protected and could leak private Informations of Customers or the Company. DONT USE PAYMENT OR CLIENT BUTTONS ON THIS WEBSIDE. Over all there is to say that we couldnt find any of those points on the Webside. The Developer said he comes from England, but his IP Adresse tells us his in Armenia. The Webside as it is, could have be done in about 5 Hours work, as the Webside has only Pictures and Videos loaded and textfiles filled in. There is no Menu or something as such. As there was a payment done of about 9‘000.-Dollars, we as Lian Management can tell, that this is not at all the amount you should have paid for this Webside at this state. We think that Mister Kümin was the victim of a fraud. The reason for my late feedback is he promised me a refund for not posting bad feedback but he ignored me for 1 month for his due 2nd payment. of just 500 USD total 1500 USD refund of all the 6542.5 USD. ITHIRE didn't help me as i didnt reviewd with them the weekly houres as i didnt could tell he didnt done his work right.
