Would not recommend. David did not provide any progress updates or evidence of starting the job despite 2 check in calls during the job duration. He was unresponsive to emails, missed the deadline and caused a lot of disruption to the wider team who were waiting for this job to be completed. There was zero evidence provided of job progress then he tried to bill the job causing us to file a dispute. He used Upwork to get the job then moved across to Join to Hire stating he provided a lesser rate. He also falsely advertises he is based in London when he is based in Albania. His profile on Upwork has disappeared otherwise we'd be filing a complaint there too.
