Too sad that I cannot give him 0-star rating, he charged me $900 for a $300 deal project, after I noticed I was able to get $300 back but the other $600 were lost since JoinToHire has a 14 day period and after that it's up to the freelancer, who didn't continue answering and who didn't complete the job, he uploaded some files into a server but never explain or proof how to use them or check what he "created". I totally got scammed by this guy.
