Full Stack developer/ Edi Analyst and Pcb Designer

I am a professional Full stack developer/Edi analyst having proven experience in Pcb designing. For many years I have iIdentified and implemented process improvement efforts within the EDI structure including system interface, policy and procedure changes. I have performed detailed analysis of project requirements and assisted in the development of functional specifications. Implement the necessary enhancements and monitor document transmissions, performed detailed design and mapping specification creation for translation between legacy and EDI formats. I have led customer based projects digitizing current process and fully utilizing EDI capabilities, acted effectively as point-of-contact on status of EDI transactions from internal and external customers. I have developed and prepared EDI documentation providing content and format testing for internal and external use. Identified and recognized opportunities to resolve problems related to EDI transactions and prioritized customer requirements and maintained continuous improvement through customer feedback and interactions. I have developed and updated procedures, monitored all daily operations and assisted in loading electronic orders. I was responsible for all EDI map development and testing, version control, profile setups and documentation for new trading partners for both production and test environments. Monitored, investigated and resolved EDI production problems, reviewed daily EDI error reports, analyzed process and recommended improvements, liaised between IT technical departments and external and internal customers to ensure error free EDI transactions. As a Pcb designer I have managed data preparation department, recruited and trained new personnel, counseled and advised designers concerning design, work schedules, status and deliveries of completed services. I have provided technical support/management of new products between design engineering and manufacturing, insured design for testability and manufacturing of PCBs. I am knowledgeable in proto-type debug and troubleshooting practices, proficient with SMT assemblies and design orientation. I have conducted process improvement and participated in defect reduction programs. I have approved and distributed all schematic symbol and PCB geometries and performed layout and schematic changes on existing designs. Demonstrated routing and copper shape practices to achieve embedded technology concepts, built and tested prototypes circuits. I have designed and developed specialized automatic test equipment and test fixtures. Demonstrated the ability to write detailed test and maintenance procedures. I have translated a test requirement into functional test programs, tested, troubleshot and repaired down to component level of digital, analog and microprocessor systems. Performed demonstration and provided training to upper management and engineering to understanding the capabilities, constraints and risk associated with the post design process. I was responsible for tracking and management of supplies, materials and sourcing of components to construct PCBs and collaborated with engineers on end-product needs, execution and overall changes.
