CRM & OOPs Developer experienced in C++

I have an expert level In Software/web-app having 7 years work experience. I develop CRM/ERP and OOPs based projects, create automation scripts, produce personal security system. My core competency lies in complete front-end and back-end management of a new project. I am seeking opportunities not only building websites and applications from the ground but also customizing and configuring already ready projects. I am highly flexible when it comes to scale or change the coding.
