Hadoop Coder/Administrator and Customer Service Specialist
Hi! I am a Hadoop Coder/Administrator and Customer Service Specialist and wrote custom Nagiosscripts to monitor Namenode, data node, secondary name node, job tracker and task trackers daemons and setup alerting system. Experimented to dump the data from MySQL to HDFS using sqoop. Upgraded the hadoop cluster from CDH3u4 to CDH3u5. Ran the benchmark tools to test the cluster performance. Migrated from Amazon AWS to Co-location datacenter. And the second one is Customer Service Specialist more than 8 years. Became the lead “go-to” person for new reps and particularly challenging calls as one of the company’s mentors and trainers of both new and established employees. Helped company attain the highest customer service ratings—earned 100% marks in all categories including communication skills, listening skills, problem resolution and politeness. Commended for initiative, persuasiveness, intense customer focus and dependability in performance evaluations.
