I am a 2D/ 3D Animator, Motion Graphics Artist and Customer Service Representative with more than 10 years of experience. I've developed mechanical animations using 3D models in 3D StudioMax. Designed interactive simulations for engineer training. Trained new hires on animation and engineering training platforms. Designed high impact motion graphics and character driven 3D animated television. Designed advertisement illustrations, banners, posters, logos, etc. Developed 3D models and animations for web marketing. Created mock ups of projects as preliminary visual examples of the final product. Developed web advertisement animated videos. As well I am a Customer Service Representative and handled customer inquiries, complaints, billing questions and payment extension/service requests. Calm angry callers, repair trust, locate resources for problem resolution and design best-option solutions. Interface daily with internal partners in accounting, field services, new business, operations and consumer affairs divisions. Resolved an average of 370 inquiries in any given week and consistently met performance benchmarks in all areas (speed, accuracy and volume). Became the lead “go-to” person for new reps and particularly challenging calls as one of the company’s mentors and trainers of both new and established employees. Helped company attain the highest customer service ratings—earned 100% marks in all categories including communication skills, listening skills, problem resolution and politeness.
