I'm a DockerEngineer and Salesforce Administrator over 11 years of professional experience and implemented a production ready, load balanced, highlyavailable , faulttolerantKubernetes infrastructure. Containerized all the Ticketing related applications - SpringBoot Java and Node.Js applications using Docker. Created required components to enable a private, internal only cloud infrastructure. Developed, maintained and enhanced pre and post build scripts (Shell and Python) Designed and documented CI/CD tools configuration management. Created a Continuous Delivery process to include support building of Docker Images and publish into a private repository- Nexus v3. Installed and configured Nexus repository manager for sharing artifacts between internal teams and created proxy Nexus repositories to speed up the build process. And managed Salesforce clients & users; gathering the necessary account requirements to successfully strategize and plan each project, and implement those plans to their organizational needs. Designed, setup and maintained Salesforce standard objects, custom objects and junction objects, while also structuring user roles, security profiles and workflow rules. Ensured data integrity through the appropriate use of de-duping, loading and exporting tools, for bulk of data using Data Loader, Admin Garage and Lexi Loader. Created and updated users, reports and dashboards to track pipeline/stages for management visibility, while integrating Appex (applications) to Salesforce accounts such as Conga Merge and Outlook. Performed user & administration training sessions for clients to utilize Salesforce and respective programs.
