Payroll administrator and Distributed Computing

I am an experienced Payroll administrator. During my working years I have performed and specialized work related to the preparation, processing and maintenance of the payroll. I have monitored employee testing and was responsible for computing employee financial data concerning retirement and completing employee verification reports. I successfully managed all aspects of payroll administration, created streamlined payroll processes resulting in increased accuracy and higher productivity, provided excellent customer service by building relationships through exceptional communication. I have administered and calculated withholding and deductions associated with net earnings. Assisted new branches in learning the payroll process at orientation and supervised reporting and calculations done by finance assistant. I have implemented new online payroll system that synchronizes information with Quickbooks, reducing errors and increasing efficiency. The service that I offered included preparing weekly payroll withholding tax reporting, monthly reconciliations, unemployment claims and computed monthly bonuses. Formulated spreadsheets, maintain confidential human resource records and compiled reports from the databases. As part of the Team I have helped to process the converting to paperless application. Guided new providers through transition of Payroll, Benefits and other modules and effectively communicated with various departments as a means to build productive relationships. As a senior network and distributed systems engineer I have implemented, configured and maintained Microsoft System, provided 2nd & 3rd level support for UPE related issues, managed , monitored and reported on client device security applications. I have designed solutions for the end user developer cloud, designed next generation virtual computing environments as newer technologies evolve and mature. I have served as an expert consultant to senior management and senior Technology staff on long-term system strategies providing technical leadership in the design of highly complex systems. I have collaborated with senior executives from technology vendors supporting and documenting the implementation of approved changes to system configurations, software, and infrastructure within the approved testing schedule. I have a strong experience specifying, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft compatible end user computing platforms, proven experience creating, troubleshooting, and maintaining a single global Microsoft operating system end user computing image, including all necessary device drivers and enterprise software. I have a strong knowledge of using efficient tools to troubleshoot, isolate and resolve issues on end user computing devices, including identifying and eliminating malware. I got expertized in deploying and maintaining hardware, software, software updates and operating system images in a global environment. I master Windows scripting skills and have a solid experience using recent versions of Microsoft PowerShell and VisualStudio. I have analytical skills and technical knowledge which can be helpful to utilize to map requirements, apply advanced troubleshooting, and recommend solutions to automation systems problems. I am eager to take on challenges and complete tasks within given timelines. I am a self-motivated person and I am able to work either independently or in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
