HR Generalist and Application Lifecycle Management
I am an experienced HR Generalist having many years of proven experience in this sphere as well as in application lifecycle management. I have managed different HR projects and operations, maintained strong relationships with vendors, compiled HR metrics from SAP. I was responsible to process invoices and managed annual budget for diversity and inclusion events. Attended team meetings and provided assistance to other HRBP that supports different financial division as needed. I have managed multiple customer sites , imbedded in the customer's HR function, partnering with Business Unit Managers to coordinate and develop training, HR projects and strategies. I have successfully repaired customer relationships creating a customized new-hire orientation process for multiple customers. Managed HRIS and compiled reports from database, organized training schedules for new and existing staff and kept training records up to date, assisted in the training and supported HR Business Partner in performance and Talent Management process. Let me also mention that during my expertise I have generated HRIS statistical and ADHOC reports, recruited and interviewed candidates, coordinated the hiring process, maintained applicant information in the application tracking system, reviewed with managers on employee relations verbal and written. For many years I have communicated, prepared for and enrolled employees in company benefit plans. As a professional Application lifecycle manager I have participated in the full lifecycle of client implementations interacting closely with the client to meet specific needs throughout the process. I have performed system implementation, configuration and training for all new customers. Working directly with clients to understand their business needs and translate those business needs into a set of systematic specifications for configuration was my main responsibilty. I have developed database schemas, web services library and custom integration tools, utilized project management tools implementing software solutions within a multi-tier application architecture. During my working years I have written database queries in SQL, collaborated, followed-up with clients to exceed their expectations. Created web page prototypes resulting in accurate design requirements for both development and user acceptance. I have learned JavaScript programming to enable the rapid development of hundreds of user interface web pages that resulted in improved user satisfaction and successful releases on schedule after significant headcount reduction. Let me also highlight that I have performed tests in a mirror environment, conveyed coding errors to coding personnel and retested corrections. Analyzed product and design defects, and recommended alterations to the user interface and data structure. Developed and led functional through all phases of software development lifecycle. Applications include insurance claim processing system, Oracle data warehouse of health provider and policy holder data, knowledge/content management, decision support system, Key performance indicator reports, data center migration, Oracle upgrade, BI package tool implementation and ETL processes.
