It Auditor and Senior CICS systems programming
I am a Senior It Auditor. I have developed process and documentation in support of changing technology including Agile development, Blade Logic, Cloud Systems as well as performance, agile and automated testing. I have created new SaaS and Operational Model that defines O&M as Service Program that standardized metrics and improved cost modeling by task. Designed and conducted marketing spend reviews, performed contract compliance reviews to ensure adherence to payment terms. During my working experience I have established application interface controls to ensure proper reconciliation. Have designed requirements and controls for system development projects - online promotions, project initiation request system and customer billing system. My responsibilities included developing and maintaining the analytics applications, Tableau dashboards to help minimize decision time. I have provided ad-hoc analytics support for IT and Financial audits, created Audit Issue Metrics reports assisting with forensic investigations on an as-needed basis and developing technical documentation for the infrastructure and business continuity plan. Let me also mention that I have a deep experience carrying out Infrastructure testing in Windows, UNIX and Mainframe environments. Being an experienced CICS Systems programmer I have worked in a world class company and have contributed my skills and experience in CICS Basic tailoring, application programming, transaction analysis, problem determination and performance tuning. I have formulated the best practices including coordination of activities with the CICS group, determined problems and provided resolution skills. I was responsible for planning and implementing corporate strategies for new technology and assisted with development of corporate technology standards. I have ensured documentation of all related operational processes and procedures. Performed CICS and WMQ system backups and recovery. During my expertise I have designed and coded exits and procedures to maximize productivity and to minimize the occurrence of errors. Developed, planned and implemented objectives to the mainframe CICS and WMQ software infrastructure. My ardor and commitment to the job will help me in achieving the company’s objectives.
