Power BI Specialist and Customer Service Respresentative

Hi! I'm a Power BI Specialist, Instructional Designer and Customer Service Respresentative. Developed T-SQL scripts for performing automation tasks. Used N-tier architecture for presentation layer, the business and the data access layers and were coded using C#, worked with Agile methodology for application development. Created and deployed cubes in star and snowflake schema. Performed and worked with dimensions, measures, MDX queries. Designed, deevloped, maintained application using VB.NET, C#. Implemeted business logic in the form of custom class written in C#. Developed test cases based on test metrix including test data preparation for Data Completeness, Data Transformations, Data quality, Performance and scalability. Explored data in a variety of ways and across multiple visualizations using Power BI. As an Instructional Designer have created eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline. Created job immersive scenario-based training using storyboards and facilitator guides. Designed and developed performance-based certification assessment. Provided ISD standards, tools, and resources to emerging Training Academy team and team’s SharePoint site. And handle customer inquiries, complaints, billing questions and payment extension/service requests. Calm angry callers, repair trust, locate resources for problem resolution and design best-option solutions. Interface daily with internal partners in accounting, field services, new business, operations and consumer affairs divisions. Helped company attain the highest customer service ratings—earned 100% marks in all categories including communication skills, listening skills, problem resolution and politeness.
