Hi there! I am Erick. I am a professional Senior appeals analyst and big data developer. I have documented business processes and have analyzed procedures to see that they would meet changing business needs. I have maped current processes and offered recommendations for improvement. I have been responsible for designing reports and analytic solutions, gathering reporting requirements and documenting business processes as needed. I have handled ad-hoc data requests, developed dashboards and scorecards in Power BI, complex reports using SSAS and SSRS, write SQL/T-SQL queries and made sure the output data meets expectations. As an experienced analyst I have worked independently with users to collect enterprise and customer reporting requirements and managed timelines and expectations. Also I have been engaged with other teams, departments and stakeholders to make sure all the reporting solution development requirements were well documented, fully understood and delivered per expectations. I have performed data mining, trend/predictive analysis and statistical analysis leading to decision support capabilities. As a big data developer I have demonstrated hands-on experience with SQL to pull and manipulate data from structured databases creating compelling, clear, and persuasive data visualizations. I have demonstrated proficiency in summarizing and presenting the results of analyses to non-technical audiences. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Let me also mention that I have a working knowledge of Hadoop-based platforms and tools, advanced knowledge of statistics: comparisons and tests of significance, statistical modeling experience or experience working in an agile management environment.
