Digital media planner/disaster recovery and full stack developer

Hello everyone. I am a digital media planner and an experienced disaster recovery specialist. I have developed and activated comprehensive digital media plans based on individual client needs and campaign objectives. Identified strategic and tactical opportunities that best fit the goals and KPIs of the campaign. I have collaborated with other internal and external teams in a cross-functional capacity to ensure alignment of campaign objectives and expectations. I have carefully analyzed campaign results to determine optimizations, evaluated media partners using 3rd party tools to determine relevancy to target consumer profile. Services that I provided included preparing media recommendations for client approval, analyzing performance of multiple campaigns and preparing client-facing reports for presentation in weekly status meetings. I was responsible for collecting data from partners, enacted optimizations to improve ROI and achieve client strategic goals and managed detailed back end account maintenance to assure accuracy with reporting, billing. Let me also mention that I have managed Facebook & social media paid support across all brands, analyzed and presented monthly, mid-campaign and wrap-up reports to clients. I have a proven experience also in disaster recovery industry. I have reduced process gaps, mentoring team on protocol and best practices while organizing SharePoint site. Executed disaster recovery vendor contract review with newer acquisition, improved bottom-line profits, providing manual discovery of application leads and servers for purchase of affordable in-house recovery facility hardware. Many years I have created process and program documentation and made minor field/mechanical repairs. I have redesigned of the process of benchmarking the technical recovery times of core infrastructure elements improving the accuracy of recovery time and recovery point objective calculations for business unit applications. Developed disaster recovery and business continuity training used program-wide. Have worked with state agencies to determine their disaster recovery requirements. Let me also mention that I was a command center coordinator during disaster recovery exercises and outages. I am fluent in English and self motivated person.
