Power BI Programmer and HR Consultant
Over 9 years of experience in developing BI applications utilizing SQL server, BI stack, Power BI, and Tableau. Developed T-SQL scripts for performing automation tasks. Used N-tier architecture for presentation layer, the business and the data access layers and were coded using C#, worked with Agile methodology for application development. Designed Power BI data visualization utilizing tabs, scatter plots, pie, bar and density charts. As well I'm HR Consultant and developed job success profiles to align talent with the job requirements to aid my clients' recruitment and selection processes. Facilitated the use of our Behavioral, Cognitive and Emotional Intelligence Assessments for my clients to implement directly into their talent recruitment and development process Designed and implemented on boarding, leadership development and succession planning programs Presented and negotiated with C-level Operations, Sales, HR and IT professionals by offering consulting services and a solution sale to drive a tangible return on investment.

He updated the my server and it corrupted the entire OS. I was not happy though this was not his fault. Mohsin stayed up to early hours of the following mornings helping me re-deploy, configure and set up another server, as it was urgent, and get everything up and running again. He wasn't afraid to say he didn't know certain things and was more than willing to research and learn new solutions that were not specified. Would definitely recommend, 5 stars
