Website redesign - on Wix

I paid a full amount we agreed upon. The project started on Aug.22 with declared completion in two weeks (by Sep.5). As of Sep.20 (4 weeks later): - The main page of the website - still in the state as-of Aug.22. - The draft page on the Wix is not up to the agreed layout. - The design in Figma was only partially moved to the live website, after multiple requests. I should have not ignored the red flags from the very beginning: - after the first week of work, about 80% of the project was 'kind-of' done. On a second week, she billed my 2x the time, but no significant changes were made - she refused to discuss the project over a meeting, assuming (I guess) that I my written instructions are enough for her. I tried to be as detailed as possible, but the results have shown - she got her version of my explanations, which were obviosly not what I needed - Starting week 3, I had to pull any progress from her, but it was very hard - She works 9-5 in Armeninan time (not Austrian), if you cannot adopt to Armenian time - it's your problem Complete reap-off
