Lia was great to work with and super helpful! She started by understanding our needs, expectations, and deliverables that would make the project successful - and then went above and beyond to meet those expectations. Including full GA set up, great support in answering questions, creating loom walkthroughs to better understand the aspects we weren't sure of, etc. We will definitely be working with her in the future.

Lia created beautiful, on-brand email templates covering newsletter emails, sale emails, and personal letters. Lia worked independently off a short creative brief and turned around all four templates quickly. She also went above and beyond by providing valuable insights throughout the process and walking me through how to edit custom elements in Illustrator and Photoshop.
