Software Engineer

I am a Software Engineer with around 10 years of experience. My work domain is New Product Design and Development, Reverse Engineering, 3D modeling-detailing-assembly, Finite element analysis, Material and manufacturing process selection, Sheetmetal design and tooling, Mould and tooling for injection moulding. I have worked in high end cad softwares like IDEAS, Proengineer/Creo, CATIA, AutoCAD, Unigraphics/NX, Solid works, Inventor, Ansys. Having worked in so many softwares gives me the advantage of judging these softwares capabilities (strength/weakness) with the task in hand for the projects. I have worked on automotive, plastic appliances, special purpose machines, NonDestructive Testing projects. I have practical exposure to all manufacturing processes and there finish and tolerances. UPWORK gives me a chance to interact with many clients (welcome to share ideas or suggestions on a chat) and do projects in the field of concept to Design of accessories for laptop, cellphones, plastic components and accessories etc; Renderings; 2D to 3D conversions; STL to STEP/IGES conversions, giving life to out of the box ideas; Additive manufacturing (3D printing); Design for manufacturing, animating the parts, FEA/simulation, material and manufacturing details and so on.
