Really happy with the job Sophia completed for me! It's rare that you find a contractor who ticks all the boxes but that's exactly what Sophia did. She was constantly in communication and always eager to stay ahead of deadlines even at times when I said something wasn't urgent. The thing that impressed me most about Sophia is her willingness and ability to troubleshoot. I can't tell you how many times I've had a developer get back to me about a task saying "we can't do that because of..." leaving me to spend hours researching possible solutions on topics that a "developer" is supposed to be more knowledgeable than me. I have a good knowledge of coding but there were things about this task well beyond my knowledge and a few times that we hit roadblocks due to assumptions I needed to make. When we hit these roadblocks, Sophia looked for solutions and got back to me with info on the roadblock and the solution she found. You can find a coder anywhere, finding someone who can problem solve is much harder and this is the reason you should choose Sophia over other applicants. Thanks Sophia for a job well done.
