Mary was very professional and very quick to respond. She had a great portfolio, but during the optimization process changed the entire site. Fortunately, we had our site backed up and we were able to restore it. SHe was very professional and I'm sure will do great work for other people, but we've decided to go a different route. I have respect for Mary as a person.

I was a pleasure working with Mary: communication was always very easy and she managed to deliver excellent implementations of the requested funcitonalities. Given her junior level this (as to be expected) often did not happen on the first iteration. When she got feedback regarding her work she proved to be a quick learner and was able to retain new concepts and make use of them in subsequent work. Mary is not afraid of learning new and unfamiliar concepts or tools when needed. She provided valuable feedback when planning UI work, beside the bare coding aspects. I enjoyed working with Mary and will likely work again with her in the future.
