Save your time and money!!! I hired this young lady to perform a small and relatively easy job based on detailed requirements. Firstly she agreed to a fixed price to do a job with me, then she massively overcharged me for work that had not been completed. (I hired a person to do exactly the same job on another site and it was completed in 2 days with no issues, I was even using screenshots of this site to show her how things should look). It's now 4 weeks and the site I gave her is in a worse state than when she started. Every update provided was littered with errors, it's evident that nothing was ever been checked. 2-3 days max out of the 3-4 weeks she has been working on this project I had DNS issues with the site which was my responsibility to fix, however, the job should only have taken her 2 days max! She claims she worked 2 weeks free, which is an absolute joke as no work has been carried out in a week where she charged me over $250!!! So she is either extremely incompetent or a blatant liar, either way, I would save your money, time, and patience and find someone else to do your work. I requested a full refund, to which she replied no. She even told me that I had changed the requirements which I did not, I will be using the same requirements to hire another developer. She's done nothing but add fields (the incorrect fields) to a WordPress theme's dashboard. I timed myself doing this task today and it took me 15 minutes - she has robbed me of over $300 for this outcome. I have been working with developers for 5 years on various website projects, and this experience is the WORST I have ever had. Poor communication, days to respond to messages. No respect whatsoever. No one likes to leave a bad review but no one likes to be robbed or played for money either. I would be more than happy to share the requirements of this project, the full transcript of the communication, and evidence of work that has been charged for and not carried out should anyone wish to question the integrity of this review.
