She kept trying to add on extra charges even though everything had been laid out very clearly indeed. She informed me at the start she understood the job clearly after I explicitly asked her but I later established she did not understand it fully. It was a lengthy complex program that I needed and unfortunately I believe the language barrier was too great in this instance and frustrating.
