Helen delivered good work on this PHP development project and I enjoyed working with her. Her communication was top-notch, she met all deadlines, and her skills were reasonably strong. At one point I asked for an additional milestone and she was very forthcoming that the additional work was outside her area of expertise. She helped me find additional freelancers to support the work. I enjoyed working with Helen and will likely have additional jobs for her in the future
