David delivered good work on this design project and I enjoyed working with him. His communication was top-notch, he met all deadlines and over, and his skills were reasonably strong. For some reason we need to close the work, but I enjoyed working with David and will likely have additional jobs for him in the future.

This developer is a professional who will get your work done in a timely manner. If you know what you're looking for and need someone to execute the job, you can rely on him. That said, I'm a client who isn't a developer myself so there were a few moments of massive miscommunication that I was deeply unhappy with and as a result, I decided to make changes to strategy and deadlines. I think that in a pool of freelancers of various talents and professionalism, you will get good work from this developer. The time difference (if you are in the US) does not compromise outcome which is amazing. I would work with him again for specific tasks and go a different way if I were inexperienced with software development hiring for major projects. Transparency is good, sometimes questionable, but his focus is there and appreciated. I appreciate all his efforts and wish him continued success.
